Surya Beej Mantra Lyrics in English

Om Hram Hreem Hraum Sah Suryaya Namah।

ॐ ह्रां ह्रीं ह्रौं सः सूर्याय नमः।

Meaning: The Surya Beej Mantra is a sacred chant dedicated to Lord Surya, the Sun God. In this mantra, “Om” represents the universal vibration, while “Hram,” “Hreem,” and “Hraum” are seed sounds (beej mantras) that invoke Surya’s energy in its various radiant, transformative, and empowering forms. “Sah” signifies the divine essence, and “Suryaya Namah” means “I bow to Surya.” Altogether, the mantra is a powerful invocation seeking the divine blessings of the sun for vitality, illumination, and spiritual strength.

Benefits: Chanting the Surya Beej Mantra daily helps awaken inner energy, strengthens willpower, and boosts physical and mental vitality. It is believed to enhance digestion, improve focus, and balance the solar plexus (Manipura chakra), which governs confidence and personal power. Regular recitation at sunrise also aligns one with the natural rhythm of the universe, promoting good health, positive thinking, and spiritual clarity.
